Visit

In accordance with security procedures, the General Manager and Security Guard will not admit guests; this is the responsibility of the resident. Guests are expected to call residents on the entrance telephone system and follow the visitor guidelines. The Management Office will not provide resident unit numbers.

Rules

Vehicle registration is required for all guests, vendors, and deliveries. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Spaces

Visitor parking spaces are designated throughout the AKW property.

• C# spaces are located in the lower parking garage near the main entrance.

• R# spaces are located at the front entrance. These are designated short-term 30 minute spaces for loading and unloading.

• V# spaces are located across from the pool.

Note: When not in use, the loading dock area can be used by residents for quick drop-off/pick-up; the vehicle must be attended at all times.

Registration

Visitors must register the following information in the electronic tablet in the lobby.

• Name / Email / Phone Number
• Resident Unit Number
• Parking Space #
• Vehicle Make, Model, Color, License Plate and State of Registration
